Golden Ticket Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By taking part in this lucky draw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The lucky draw is operated by PfP Students (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The lucky draw is open to all PfP Students accommodation viewers aged 18 or over.
By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The lucky draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. How to Enter
Every student who attends a viewing at any PfP Students property will receive one chocolate bar.
Two chocolate bars contain a Golden Ticket. The finder of a Golden Ticket shall be deemed the winner, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
To claim the prize, the finder must contact reception with their full name, contact details, and a photo of the Golden Ticket.
The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, or unreadable entries.
4. The Prize
The prize for the lucky draw winner will include a Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser, hot chocolate selection, chocolate hamper, and an Easter egg.
Use of brand names does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.
The prize is nonexchangeable, nontransferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. Winner Selection
The prize will be awarded to the holder of the Golden Ticket who contacts PfP Students.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address used to submit their claim.
The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner up to two times.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.
7. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s provided UK address within 30 days, or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be agreed through mutual consent.
8. Data Protection & Publicity
Personal information provided will be used solely for administering the lucky draw and in accordance with the PfP Students Privacy Notice.
Entrants may request the first name and accommodation of the winner by contacting info@pfpstudents.co.uk.
The winner agrees that their first name and accommodation may be announced on PfP Students’ website or social media channels.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with PfP Students’ Privacy Notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
PfP Students accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating, except where caused by negligence.
PfP Students does not provide warranty or technical support for the prize; all product responsibilities lie with the manufacturer and the winner.
10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the lucky draw and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
