Terms and Conditions for May 2026 Offer
1. Eligibility and applicable bookings
1.1 Our May Competition promotion is only applicable for new 2026/27 academic year bookings.
1.2 Eligible bookings are for stays after 4 September 2026 and must be made between 1 May 2026 and 30 May 2026 (inclusive).
1.3 This offer is only applicable at PfP Students properties.
2. Entry requirements
2.1 Every eligible booking made within the promotion booking window will receive one entry into the lucky draw once the student follows PfP Students’ official Instagram page.
2.2 Students can receive extra entries by:
Referring a friend
Reposting the official May Competition post on Instagram
3. The promotion is not available to students who
Have deferred or cancelled their booking before check-in
Book a tenancy of less than 40 weeks
Have confirmed a booking before 1 May 2026
Book outside of 1 May – 30 May 2026
Do not follow PfP Students’ official Instagram page
4. Winner announcement
4.1 The lucky draw will take place live in the second week of June 2026 on the PfP Students official Instagram.
5. Prizes
5.1 1st place: £1,000 Holiday/Travel voucher (can be used for flights and hotel); £500 Night Out voucher; £500 Ticketmaster voucher
5.2 2nd place: £250 Holiday/Travel voucher; plus either £250 Night Out voucher or £250 Ticketmaster voucher
5.3 3rd place: £250 Ticketmaster voucher
6. Voucher conditions
6.1 Vouchers cannot be redeemed as cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for any other product, service, or prize.
7. Application of prize and offer restrictions
7.1 The prize will be applied to the final rent instalment after the booking is confirmed, as specified in the promotion.
7.2 Prizes are only valid for eligible bookings and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
7.3 Any unused prize value will not be refunded or carried over to future bookings.
8. Cancellations and contract changes
8.1 If a student cancels their booking or otherwise terminates the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then the promotion and any prize entitlement will not be valid. This includes tenancy takeovers/tenancy replacements.
9. Claiming requirements
9.1 To remain eligible, the student must have completed the booking, signed the tenancy agreement, paid the deposit, and be up to date with all rental payments by 28 February 2027.
10. Availability and withdrawal
10.1 This offer is limited to a certain number of bookings. PfP Students reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time on any property, without notice.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 30 April 2026. However, PfP Students reserves the right to change them at any time without prior notice. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions.
